Overall it’s been really good. My controller is pretty awesome and has been extremely helpful. I view this as a positive experience and I feel promises have been fulfilled.

Your staff does a good job of handling the accounting, it is accurate and we receive it on time. They helped get our books in order and are very helpful with the accounting and training we need. I am also the company’s CPA and I like the desktop access with document storage and tools even though we use QBO.

By the way just heard HUGE praise for Shannon at Complete Controller, YouBar loves her.
 
Additionally, I have been meaning to write you to give you praise on Candy and Amy. Any time there’s even a hint of an issue I know Amy has it handled. It’s also been really great working with Candy these last few months; she seems to be very well organized. Thank you!

We have subscribed to your Oversight & Training service for a few years now because we do our own bookkeeping in-house. The review of my QuickBooks and financials is very helpful so errors can be fixed and we can get clarification where we need it. My Controller always does a great job with the year-end review too.
