Jennifer Brazer - President/COO

Victor Guthrie - CTO

As CTO, Victor Guthrie brings a wide, in depth range of both technical expertise and customer interface skills to Complete Controller. His focus throughout his career on filling the gaps between sometimes-disparate computer systems benefits Complete Controller as he builds sophisticated solutions based on program integration. In addition, his extensive knowledge of current state of the art data security techniques and protocol makes our system virtually bulletproof. He also has proven hands-on computer hardware diagnostics/repair, and has been intimately involved in developing state of the art software for companies such as Sterling Design Group LLC where he was a Managing Director. Because of this spectrum of knowledge and experience, he is Complete Controller's point man for the research, development, maintenance, and security of all of our hardware and software systems and interfaces. He is a Certified Microsoft Professional and an HP MPE/iX Systems Manager. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Transformative Change at the University of California at San Diego.

 

Patricia Humphreys - Business Development Specialist

Patricia Humphreys (Patty) joins Complete Controller as our Business Development Specialist.  With over 25 years in Sales, fundraising, grantwriting and running her own small business (Mistral Restaurant in Corona del Mar), Patty brings to Complete Controller an extensive network of area contacts and proven ability as a small business owner in attaining growth and profitability through sales, fundraising, marketing, public relations, networking and customer service.  As a real estate professional, Patty has represented buyers and sellers of luxury real estate and handled property management for hundreds of clients throughout the county.  As a grantwriter and fundraising professional, she has works with organizations such as the New York City Ballet, The Southern California Children’s Chorus, Florence Crittenton Services, the Environmental Nature Center, Marine Mammal Center and the Orange County Child Abuse Prevention Center.  Patty has an MBA from New York University and a BA from the University of California at Davis.

 

Penny McCord - Senior Bookkeeper

Penny McCord joined Complete Controller in 2009 after 6 years in the corporate accounting division of an international packaging company, where she successfully managed the books of 16 manufacturing plants. Before that, she worked at several regional banks giving her broad insight into cash flow and cash management problems.  Penny is a graduate of Mercer University in Atlanta with a degree in Accounting, has earned a Six Sigma Green Belt, and is certified as a Professional Bookkeeper and a QuickBooks Proadvisor.

Penny recognized an opportunity to make better use of her skills serving the small business market instead of a large corporation. Her desire to work with local entrepreneurs and business owners in a meaningful way, offering focused services to achieve substantial results, led her to join the team of Complete Controller. She and her associates find great satisfaction in helping small businesses take control of their finances and gain greater profitability. Penny brings a personal connection to each client that she would not be able to provide in a larger company, with the added value of lower-cost services.

Penny McCord has been married for 11 years and has two daughters. She is a resident of Gwinnett County, Georgia.
 

Abigail Do - Senior Bookkeeper

Abbie Do brings to Complete Controller over 15 years of experience in the Accounting Field.  Abbie acquired a BS in Accounting at CSULB.  Prior to joining Complete Controller, she served as a Controller for Tiarna Real Estate Services, Inc., a 3rd party commercial property management company.  As their Controller, she was primarily responsible for all functions of financial reporting, banking, and the supervision of all Accounting staff.  Also included in her past work experience, Abbie has worked for well known commercial real estate companies such as Trammell Crow Company and Insignia, ESG.
